The purpose of these “general terms and conditions of use” is to provide a legal framework for the use of the Body.scratch site and its services. This contract is concluded between: The manager of the website, hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher". Any natural or legal person wishing to access the site and its services, hereinafter called "the User". The general conditions of use must be accepted by any User, and his access to the site constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

The Body.scratch site is published by the company Body.scratch B.V., whose head office is located at Utrechtseweg 341, 3818EL Amersfoort, The Netherlands. The company is represented by Alvin Arthur and Anh Tu Phan.

For natural persons:
The Body.scratch site is edited by Alvin Arthur.

The User assumes full responsibility for the use he makes of the information and content present on the Body.scratch site. Any use of the service by the User resulting directly or indirectly in damage must be subject to compensation for the benefit of the site.

Any malfunction of the server or the network cannot engage the responsibility of the Publisher. Similarly, the site cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party. The Body.scratch site undertakes to implement all necessary means to guarantee the security and confidentiality of data. However, it does not provide a guarantee of total security. The Publisher reserves the right to not guarantee the reliability of the sources, although the information disseminated on the site is deemed reliable.

The contents of the Body.scratch site (logos, texts, graphics, videos, etc.) are protected by copyright, under the Intellectual Property Code. The Body.scratch site reserves the right to modify the clauses of these general conditions of use at any time and without justification.

The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract takes effect with regard to the User from the start of the use of the service.

This contract depends on Dutch legislation. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably between the User and the Publisher, the courts of Amsterdam are competent to settle the dispute.
